  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, The Transfer Paper Store ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, The Transfer Paper Store ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Deliveries to residential destinations incur a surcharge.

    Orders ship Monday-Friday (only) and typically ship out within 1-2 business days.

    Orders placed after 1:00pm, M-F (Eastern Time) will typically ship the following business day.

    For orders that ship via Overnight Standard, Priority or 2 and 3 Day Air, these will be delivered on business days only.

    If you're located in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Canada, submit your order and choose "Pre-Approved Customer" as your payment method.  We will contact you with the shipping cost.

    Shipments made to an address other than the credit card statement address may delay your order. Further information may be required.



  • Sales Tax

  • The Transfer Paper Store is a distributor to resellers. It is the responsibility of the reseller to pay sales tax charges for merchandise ordered on this Web site. The charges are based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

    Resellers are required to affirm that they are exempt from sales and use taxes of the products sold on this website. Resellers will affirm by clicking on the "Place Order" button on this website or by submitting a completed Sales Tax Blanket Certificate to The Transfer Paper Store prior to an initial order request for merchandise.



  • Return Policy

  • 1) All returns of defective merchandise must be made within 20 days of invoice date and accompanied with a Return Authorization issued by The Transfer Paper Store.

    2) Return Authorizations Numbers are valid for 10 days.

    3) Credit for all returns is subject to product inspection.

    4) A 25% restocking fee will be charged to all returns other than confirmed defective merchandise.

    5) The Transfer Paper Store will determine if a Refund or Credit against future purchase will be given.

    6) Shipping charges are not refundable.

    7) In the event we have to replace damaged or missing items it will be shipped via Ground Service. Express Shipping if desired will be quoted.

    8) For items being returned for reasons other than defective merchandise (The Transfer Paper Store) will determine if merchandise is considered defective) there is a 25% or $25.00 restocking charge, whichever is greater.

    9) For Orders being canceled (before we pack it) there is a cancellation charge of $25.00.

    10) Customer is responsible for the shipping costs when shipping item(s) back to The Transfer Paper Store. Customer must choose a shipper capable of providing proof of delivery. Customer is responsible for properly packing and fully insuring item(s) being returned.

  • Hours of operation are 9am to 5pm EST.

    Order requests received after 1pm will be considered placed on the next business day.
